Depending on your budget we have the various price options listed in the session cost FAQ. Another Factor is your goal. If you have underlying issues for example injuries or posture alignments that need addressing then we reccomend 60 minute sessions as your trainer will address those needs at the start and end of a session. This will include stretches and rehabilitation exercises related to your individual assessment to avoid further injury and enhace your training performance.
45 minute and 30 minute sessions don't have corrective stretches and cool downs because time doesnt allow for that. If you have no previous issues that do not need to be addressed then these sessions might be good for you. These sessions are fast paced as your trainer is trying to fit in all the exercises in a sort amount of time.
